This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Austek India (“Company”, “We”, “Our”) provides after-sales warranty support for products sold under the Austek brand. This policy applies to all authorized dealers, distributors, and end customers purchasing Austek products in India.
1. Warranty Coverage Overview
All Austek India products are covered by a **limited warranty** that applies only to **internal manufacturing defects** or **electronic malfunctions** arising under normal usage conditions during the warranty period.
This warranty is provided solely to ensure the quality and reliability of Austek-branded products and is governed strictly by the terms set forth below.
2. Eligibility for Warranty
- The product must be purchased from an authorized Austek India dealer, distributor, or franchise store.
- The product must carry a valid **Austek Warranty Card** or **Digital Warranty Registration ID**.
- The warranty is valid **only for the original buyer** and is **non-transferable.**
- Products must be presented in their original condition along with the purchase invoice.
3. Warranty Duration
- The standard warranty period is mentioned on the product packaging, invoice, or digital warranty certificate.
- Warranty starts from the date of purchase as stated on the invoice or digital registration.
- Products with no purchase proof or expired warranty claims are automatically ineligible.
4. What Is Covered

- Internal circuit failure or component burnout due to manufacturing issues.
- Defective chips, sensors, or modules under normal usage.
- Electrical malfunction caused by factory-level fault in design or assembly.
If a product is deemed defective under these criteria, Austek will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with a similar or equivalent model.

- If verified, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If rejected, it will be returned in the same condition with an explanation.
7. Inspection and Decision Policy
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Austek India’s technical department. The inspection decision is final and binding.
